Here at The Royal Clifton Hotel & Spa, we love to be involved with local charities and those a little further afield. 

We’d love to help you work towards your fundraising goals and we have the perfect venue to help you do so. With beautiful function suites, plenty of bedrooms and great transportation links – we’re the ideal venue for a charity event. 

We know it can be a little difficult with a tight budget and encouraging people to purchase tickets, so that’s where we come in! 

We have put together some new packages which we hope will help you with your planning. We’re happy to be involved from the word go, which means you can spend more time concentrating on what really matters.  


Charity Package Includes:

  • A red carpet welcome with a delicious drink on arrival served by our friendly and professional team
  • Followed by a three course meal cooked by our team of talented chefs
  • Plus tea and coffee served with petit fours
  • Place-cards, Table numbers and Printed Menus

Then Choose 1 of the following from our Pick List
1. A glass of wine with your meal per person
2. House DJ or Vocalist for evening
3. Chair Covers Bows and Table Runners

Next, really push your donations! Secret auctions, talks, awards, presentations or a raffle! We’d even be happy to contribute a special prize. 

In addition, we provide centre pieces as well as use of our PA system and microphones for any award ceremonies and speeches which you may choose to do! 

The price is just £25.00 per person based on minimum of 50 attendees. 

If that doesn’t tick all the boxes, we’ll even help with ticket sales and push your event through our extensive database and online platforms.
